Hello

I am an excellent cook with over thirty years of experience. I will use this blog to post some of my recipes and show you how to do them. Now that schools no longer teach Home Ec. and families going to McDonalds and Burger King every night for dinner, I felt it was important and that maybe some desperate house wife would come across this and be interested in introducing their families to eating better. If there is something you would like to learn to cook please post a request and I will do my best to show you how it's done. I love to cook Italian. Mostly because it's cheap and tasty, but the good cheeses and vegies added will bring up the cost. That's okay. I also do some German cooking and a lot of different summer salads for cook outs. I bake alot too! I will get started in a couple of days.
